Guy's I know this going to be weird on why I'm posting here .

But me and cousin building his d15 150 ballade honda , its something different not to sure if anybody did this but all the ADVICE AND SOME INFO I CAN GET WILL BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

he's respraying my opel and I'm building his 150 ballade up.

so far this is what he have and what is done .

I sourced him a set of 45mm itb's TOYOTA BLACK throttels (funny thing is we though we will need to make a intake up but the Toyota and the 1500 none vtec head fits straight to the RXI intake just with 2 bolts out which will be machined properly.)

wanted to cut the cam but found out its to hollow so we have no idea where to get a wilder cam for the car.

head has been ported hectically with the sub been bored out 20thou with flat top pistons and deck height at 0.4mm of piston coming up.

Took a 1mm off the head as well.
lightened flywheel
100mm ram tubes customs like mine on the OPEL and 300cc injectors
soon to come 50-57 AE freeflow 2box setup .

we actually juts building it up cause its different and we both believe that building a motor should be the original thing from the car .

we hoping for 95kw thats our aim should be good.

Guys let us know what else we can do and where to source a cam for this car .

Lastly the car is most likely going to be a blom pot cause its going to be made for a show shines fitting 19s to it as well.

check here guys I'm not clued up with the codes, but the same car as HEERO and the head is a 150i head of vtec shape ballade and no its not vtec its a normal 150 i head thats been ported alot.

the 45 is probably to big but we will never know unless we try it out .

I had a similar build but without the ITB's.

150 Bottom End from my 150 carb setup EG.
160i EK head - Port/Polished and Gaslflowed by Mastercams.
OEM cam was cut to i think 276 deg not to sure if I got it correct coz it was a long time ago. Also by Mastercams.

@DJ7 yes it was white before with custom sideskirts and front bumper.

102 kw is alot for a non vtec it sounds fishy to me

Yes it does sound a bit fishy and that is after I had them do another power run when I went to collect my car just to be sure. But maybe there machine was a bit generous there so i would not know. Maybe it was less. I just took the info from the dynosheet that day. if I can find it i will gladly take photo, scan it to my pc or wotever to show u. But never the less, it was [censored] long ago and I dnt have that motor in anymore as u know. So lets leave it at that oh and before I forget I am fasting and have nothing to lie about.
