was your items sent via courier (UPS/DHL) or normal (registered) mail?

normal USPS...the delay is usually with SAPO with processing and sorting. you can track the parcel on USPS, when it lands SAPO allocates a local tracking number for you to track

reading on one of the sellers shipping terms i see this
"International deliveries shall be by USPS for which there is no tracking number provided by USPS."

i didnt get a tracking number with all my purchases....i always got it when posting with USPS priority though.

Ok nah its cool, the dude mailed me saying the tracking number will be sent once item is shipped and it wil take 2-3working days after purchase for it to be shipped

Well as for the tracking there might not be anything depending on how the shipper has sent the item

When it arrives in South Africa

dial this number (011)961-6000

Speak to a consultant

Give them your international tracking number they will then give you a local tracking number starting with ii................

Then you go to this website and you can track it from here

http://sms.postoffice.co.za/tracking/Parcel.aspx

Let me know what happens

Remember it still needs to go through customs
